This award goes to the Institution of higher learning that offers Cooperative as a Course of Study either in  Cooperative Colleges (State or Federal) or Department of Cooperatives in (Universities and, or Polytechnics) that ensures an enabling environment for all cooperative student to thrive better at learning the course and put practical knowledge to play. The winning Institution must have facilitated at least a Student Consumer Society, Student Savings Club and, or Student Cooperative Farms at the institution.
